Constantly on the lookout for new ways to support young and emerging talent in the world of contemporary photography, Unseen has established a number of awards in the last five years in collaboration with a variety of institutions and organisations. The ING Unseen Talent Award is an exclusive photography award created by ING and Unseen, focused on new photography talent. The award provides an international platform for emerging European photography talent to present their work on a global scale. The final work created by the five finalists for the ING Collection, will be exhibited at Unseen Photo Fair 2016. Read more here.

The Unseen Dummy Award is a collaboration between Unseen and Lecturis to showcase the work of exceptional artists and designers from around the world and to give them a chance to realise and publish their photobook dummy. The Unseen Dummy Award gives the winning artist an entry into the international photography industry. Find out more about the award here.

The Meijburg Art Commission aims to discover talented artists whose multimedia work focuses on photography. The commission supports emerging artists in their career and offers them the opportunity to excel in their chosen discipline. This prestigious prize, initiated by tax advisory firm Meijburg & Co, is part of Unseen Photo Fair 2016. The Outset | Unseen Exhibition Fund is a unique partnership between Unseen and Outset Netherlands, providing a new institutional platform for emerging talent. Every year an international curatorial committee (of the youngest generation) selects one outstanding artist exhibiting at Unseen who be given a solo exhibition that will take place at Foam Fotografiemuseum in the spring of 2017. Read more here.

The Grolsch Unseen Residency is a 2 month scholarship given annually to one of the premiering artists of Unseen. The winning artist will be housed in an European city and will create a new body of work whilst looking at the urban space in alternative or uncommon ways. The end result of the residency will be launched at the following edition of Unseen Photo Fair & Festival. Find out more here
